I am the most mature member of Sacrifice...OK, the oldest. I have been married for 31 years to the same woman, Deborah. We have three children – Ralph, Jr. and his wife Tricia who have a beautiful daughter JuliaRose; Melissa and her husband Stephen who have a beautiful daughter Savannah; and our baby is Jessica (not married yet).

My love for music came from my dad. He played the up-right bass, banjo, and guitar during the big band days. I have played music as long as I can remember. I started as a drummer then moved on to guitar, bass, and now the keyboards. I was born again the night before Deborah and I were married. Since then I have played in numerous praise and worship groups, traveled the United States and Canada with an evangelist, and been a praise and worship leader. I love to play golf and shoot in the 80’s...Ok the 90’s. I love sports! Most of all I love the opportunities God gives me to share the gift He has given me. I want to be used by Him to bring people into His presence. I believe music tills the soil of the heart for the planting of God’s Word.

Playing with Sacrifice fulfills a lifelong dream. I have known each of these men for most of their lives. It is an honor and a blessing to be lifting up the name of Jesus together with them.
